Who these terms are with

FunPlayer is provided by AtomicByte Pty Ltd (“AtomicByte”, “we”, “us”). By using FunPlayer or purchasing FunPlayer Pro, you agree to these terms.

Mac App Store

The app offers a one-time lifetime purchase. This purchase is not a subscription and will not renew automatically.

Payment will be charged automatically to your registered Apple ID account.

Purchases can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

Non-Mac App Store

The app offers a one-time, lifetime purchase. It permits activation on up to three Macs for your own use.

We provide a license key for activation inside the app. You must keep the key secure and must not resell, publish, or share it.

License status may be checked with our licensing service. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or material breach may cause a license to be suspended or revoked.

Paddle.com Market Limited or an affiliated Paddle entity is the Merchant of Record. Paddle sells the product to you, processes payment, calculates applicable taxes, issues transaction documents, and handles billing support and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms presented during checkout also apply.

Software use

You may use FunPlayer for lawful personal purposes. You must not circumvent licensing controls, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, disrupt its services, or use it to infringe another person's rights. The software is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
